Verse 25 – jesus corrects the sadducees “when they rise from the dead (physically) they neither marry, nor are given in marriage.” (they are not able to marry because they are not (neither marry) male nor given in marriage (female).

Verse:27 – jesus was speaking to hebrews under covenant. And luke chapter 16 verses 19-31 this shows the condition of the souls of hebrews alive. Gentiles are not included in this illustration.

As for gentiles they are included in ecclesiastes 11:7. The spirit (inner soul life) upon physical death left the inner soul without a vessel to continue in the physical universe.  

Here is what jesus said in luke 20:38

“god is not a god of the dead, but of the living. For all live unto him. As far as god is concerned all were alive!

So, bottom line is: number 1 – resurrection is of inner self (soul), not physical body wheather glorified or other wise.

Number 2 – not angels nor resurrected humans can marry. So how could they (angels) marry “the daughters of men.” Genesis 6:4.
